When the office is closed

• After 5 PM, 952-831-8742 is answered by our answering service and goes to a nurse line, where clinical questions can be addressed.
• If you need to be seen for an orthopedic problem, TRIA Orthopedic Urgent Care (opens in a new tab) is open 8 AM – 8 PM on weekdays. On weekends it is open 8 AM – 8 PM in Burnsville, Bloomington, Maple Grove, and Woodbury, and 8 AM – 4 PM in Shakopee. For orthopedic issues, going there is preferable to an emergency room.
• The emergency room is appropriate for more systemic health issues, or when the urgent care is closed. Call 911 for chest pain or shortness of breath.
